How do I book an appointment?

You can book via WhatsApp or through Booksy using the “Book” button. We confirm your time the same day.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are prepared within 24-48 working hours and delivery to mainland Spain usually takes 2 to 4 days. You can also pick up for free at the salon.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Card, PayPal, Bizum and bank transfer. If you pick up at the salon you can also pay in cash.

Can I return a product?

Yes, you have 14 days from delivery to return sealed, unused products. See our shipping and returns policy.

Do courses include materials and a certificate?

Yes. All courses include the materials needed during training and a certificate of attendance at the end.

Can I cancel a course booking?

Accepted Answer

You can cancel up to 7 days before the date for a full refund. If you need to change the date, message us and we will find an alternative.
