Terms of sale

These terms govern the purchase of products in the online shop and the booking of courses through yzluxestudio.es, owned by Yuliana Zaragoza (YZ Luxe Studio). By placing an order you declare that you have read and accepted them.

2. Products and prices

All prices are shown in euros and include applicable VAT. Shipping costs, if any, are indicated before you confirm the order.

Product photographs are for guidance. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; the price in force at the time of purchase applies. In the event of an obvious pricing error, we will inform you and you may cancel the order.

3. Purchase process

A customer account is required to buy. Add products to the cart, choose the delivery and payment method, and confirm the order. You will receive a confirmation email with the order summary.

The contract is concluded when we confirm receipt of payment (or, for payment in store, when the order is collected).

4. Payment methods

  • Credit/debit card (including Apple Pay and Google Pay) via Stripe.
  • PayPal.
  • Bizum (subject to availability).
  • Bank transfer: the order remains pending until payment is received; if it is not received within the period stated in the confirmation email, the order is automatically cancelled.
  • Cash in store: only for orders collected at the salon.

5. Delivery

We offer home delivery (free above the amount shown in the shop) and free pickup at the salon. Estimated delivery times are shown during checkout. See the Shipping & returns policy for more information.

6. Courses

A course booking is confirmed upon receipt of payment (in full or the deposit indicated for each course). For tailor-made courses, the date will be confirmed later by email. For any change or cancellation, contact us and we will sort it out with you.

7. Invoicing

We automatically issue an invoice for every purchase, which is sent by email and available in your customer area. If you need a full invoice with your tax details, enter them during checkout.

8. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase of products within 14 calendar days of receipt, without giving any reason. See the conditions, exceptions and withdrawal form in the Shipping & returns policy.

9. Warranty

Products are covered by the legal conformity warranty provided for in consumer legislation (3 years for new goods). If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, contact us and we will resolve it.
